What is the RECAP Program?
RECAP is an opportunity for real estate service providers to present their offerings to the students of the Real Estate College of Colorado.
The RECAP program offers service providers the distinctive advantage of reaching these students BEFORE they obtain their real estate license and are bombarded with advertisements from other competing businesses.
Digital Membership
This package includes the following opportunities:
In-Person Classes:
6 x 15-minute presentations, up to 25 students per class.
Self-Study Students:
Create a digital ad with a link to your landing page, reaching approximately 380 online students.
Preferred Vendor Status:
Listed in our preferred vendors' catalog, distributed to all students and mailed to online self-study students.
Networking Opportunities:
Access to invite-only social events with students and membership in an exclusive RECC Facebook group for students, alumni, and preferred vendors.
