Is the Colorado Real Estate Exam Difficult?

What Do I have to Do In Order to Pass the Colorado Real Estate Exam?
The Colorado Real Estate License Examination consists of two parts: one part regarding universal real estate principles. and one part that is Colorado-specific. Each part is approximately 80 questions, and you will have have 4 hours to complete the entire exam (approximately 2 hours for each section.) The examination is entirely comprised of multiple choice questions. A passing score is considered 75%. You may take the examination has many times as you need in order to pass it.
The Colorado portion of the exam has about 25 intricate, detailed questions on Colorado contracts and forms. Our classes cover a huge volume of material in order to help prepare you to answer those questions effectively, along with all of the other topical questions that you will see on the examination.
If for any reason a student doesn't pass the exam on the first try, they will be given a paper which indicates where their strengths and weaknesses were. In that case, we ask that students reach out to us immediately in order for our instructors to help them solidify the areas that tripped them up and help them "laser-focus" on the areas they need to clarify.
How Do I Sign Up For The Colorado Real Estate Exam?
The Colorado Real Estate Licensing Examination is offered through PSI Exam Services. You can take the examination in person or online. We recommend that you take the examination at one of the seven different testing site throughout Colorado, if possible. Those sites include Pueblo, Colorado springs, Two locations in Denver (Centennial and Wheat Ridge), Durango, Grand Junction and Fort Collins.
Those who wish to take the examination online will need to arrange to be in a room with essentially nothing in it, and the online testing proctor will have the testing student show them the room to ensure that it is a "sterile" environment.
Scheduling for the examination is handled directly with the testing company, PSI Exam Services. The State of Colorado ensures that there is no interaction between the schools and the testing facilities, to avoid any possibility of collusion which could influence test results.
