Tuition does not include textbooks. Textbooks can be added on for an additional $175.
If you are unable to attend a session at the regularly-scheduled time, the Colorado Division of Real Estate does require you to make up the session. We make it easy, by providing access to the online videos and material that our self-study students use. Many students use these in their studies during class and prior to taking the state real estate exam. Access to this online material is available for at least a year after the end of your course.
